pulitzer prize 1994 ( Kevin Carter )
This a very famous picture many of us would have seen it .
This is the text that is printed under the picture :
The PHOTO is the "Pulitzer prize" winning photo taken in 1994 during the Sudan famine. The picture depicts a famine stricken child crawling towards an United Nations food camp, located a kilometer away.
>The vulture is waiting for the child to die so that it can eat it. This picture shocked the whole world. No one knows what happened to the child, including the photographer Kevin Carter who left the place as soon as the photograph was taken.
>Three months later he committed suicide due to depression.
This picture was taken during the Sudan famine 1994 . When i first saw the picture i felt a lot i was disturbed by it and i searched a lot to know what happened to this kid and the whole story behind this and finally got the information that i wanted . The story behind it is not that sad though . Although you cant actually see it there was a lot of people about. the picutre was taken at an UN food drop and the area was full of people. There was more than one photographer there as well. One of the other photographers, Greg Marinovich, said later that lots of mothers left their children like that to go to the trucks to get the food. You cant carry the child and the food. the child was more than likely fine and was soon reunited with its mother. The photo did do wonders though for the worlds attention on the famine. And about the photographer Kevin karter he was already suffering from clinical depression and was very much a drug addict, taking Mandrax and LSD and all kinds of other hallucinogens. The exposure from the picture made it worse as he was asked everywhere what he did to help the child and what happened to the child. Where he should not in fact have felt any guilt, it did probably start eating at him and all of this culminated in his suicide (he gassed himself in the car). All of this and more can be read in the book Bang-Bang Club written by Greg Marinovich and another photographer.

The only pictures that i took in black and white in Ooty are these two pictures . All other pictures we took in color only as i was with my family i couldn't take many pictures because my mom keeps on yelling at me to stop playing with the camera and take family pictures rather than taking pictures like this he he. And like always the sky was so beautiful that day i am so lucky most days that i take a picture of the sky it will be so beautiful ha ha . It was so cold that day full of breeze we even had those fog and mist going here and there . I saw small kids playing in the for and i prayed some kids get lost in that mist i will go and rescue them in the dark woods and their parents calling me a hero and like they end in powerpuff girls i come in the end with the audio " and the day was saved by navin " , but what if i go and try to find them and i get lost oh my god nothing happened that day he he .

This is a Hill station in south india it s called OOTy . Its also called the Queen of hill stations . Its one of the places where you feel god has the most creative mind in the world . Ooty still woos people from all over India as well as foreign countries right through summer, and sometimes in the winter months too. An added attraction for the tourists to Udagamandalam is the mountain train journey on a ratchet and pinion track which commences from Kallar, near Mettupalayam and wends its way through many hair-raising curves and fearful tunnels and chugs along beside deep ravines full of verdant vegetation, gurgling streams and tea gardens.The scenery, as it unfolds during the trip, is breathtaking, awe-inspiring and fantastic but at the same time i was very very very scared ha ha you see down and you may puke sometimes. One can notice a marvellous change in vegetation, as one goes from Kallar to Coonoor it will be fully green where ever you see. Near Coonoor, it is humid with pines, blue gum (Eucalyptus globulus) and cypress trees. As we go from Ooty to Gudalur, the change in vegetation is striking. What a splendid interaction between climate and vegetation ! It is therefore very appropriate that Mount Stuart called the whole road leading to Ooty from Mettupalayam, "One long botanical debauch." Some pictures that i took from above sea level in the train the sky was so beautiful that day .

Do not rob during a full moon day
Well there is a great story behind this picture . Me and my friends we all went to a hill station some days ago . We all stayed in a hotel it was a great place to be with . But the hotel we stayed was like a small hut which had all the things that is needed for 10 guys to stay . But the house was really spooky the other houses were very far from us . Behind our house it was a valley and if we fall there then thats the end of ours but it'll really be a adventurous journey ha ha . One night we all went out and came late to our hut . And it was past 1 am and one of my friends he tried to open the door but to all of our fright the door was open . So we thought that some robber is staying inside so we all planned to stay outside and capture him when he gets out . We even laid great plans you know we see a lot of movies and so like to do many heroic things but it ends up funny ha ha . But for this we had a great plan since we were 10 of them we planned to cover the whole of the house around it and i was the one with a camera in my left hand and a log of wood in my right hand and i was made to stay behind the back of the house . We even heard sound coming inside the house . So we took our positions and waited for nearly half an hour and no one came out of the door and i got so bored that i took this photo he he .
And the climax was very worst for us we nearly waited one hour and we found only a cat inside the house it was playing . My friend he forgot to lock the hut when we all left and this caused all these funny master planning robber capturing plan fail ha ha .

Best road of my life
This road its not a big national highway or international highway . But its one of the most memorable road in my whole life . Throughout my life i would be having the sweet memories of this part of my life .
This is the road that joined me from the outside world to the world of my college life .
This is my college road i have been using this road for nearly 4 years now . I have walked alone here only when i was alone sent out of the class . We have even climbed the wall and jumped outside when i was in the first year ha ha its all fun to think about it now . All the other times i will be walking here with my friends . Every morning when going into the college yeah of course late only ha ha and evening we all go like we 10 of our friends we tease each other and keep walking laughing playing sometimes running . It has trees on the both sides its very shady so green so natural so refreshing so lovely . We have took lots n lots of photos here in this road . Night time in this road is very very scary it will be totally dark except the light of the moon and you know how it will be walking in a road with moon light hearing the hustle of the leaves and noise of animals shouting woo its creepy isn't it ha ha. All the days from the first day of my college and till today i remember everything every sweet lovely things that i have had here . Now there are only a few days of college we will have then it will be over soon . And i will be seriously missing this all so much .

sad LOVE story
A boy had a very cute friend (GIRL) .They both loved each other,but girl wanted that boy should ask her first. That boy gave her a teddy everyday.She used to keep it safely,nearly 3 months passed on.now girl was frusted thinking y this guy just gifts me teddy everyday but he never discloses his feelings to me.Next day when boy gifted her new teddy she threw it on road and ran away. boy now was very hurt,he too ran behind her but she didn even turned back,so he was about to get teddy from road and he met with an accident and died. Girl on turning saw her friend she was shocked.She ran home got teddies from cupboard and hugged it tightly and she heard "I LOVE YOU DEAR".

ecr (east coast road) - Night outs .. !!!
This is how the sun sets in the beaches along the ecr he he.
This is the only picture that i took yesterday because we all were busy drinking after that ha ha one of my favorite pictures ^__^ .
We had a great night we sat in the sand of the beach and started drinking at around 10 30 pm and we were drinking till 1 30 am . You know its a great place to booze there was no moon also it was so dark . So quiet only the beautiful music of the waves the scent of the beach and the booze wow there are something that money cant buy yeah i accept with the master card ha ha . Its a private beach so there wont be any other outsiders so we enjoyed there we played in the sea running around here and there . We were talking all stories about every matter in the world . We even planned to build our own house there and have parties there like in the american pie movies he he these are after effects of boozing and many other things happened that cant be revealed here he he .. !! . This place is one of the best places here there are many pubs discotheques and all here . But we always do all those in the room we have near the beach in the ECR . Me and my friends had a great night and many more to come in future he he we did like this last sunday night too .
